CCHS Students Visit UNR

Fifty Churchill County High School students attended Nevada Bound on March 12, where they explored college life and learned about the requirements to attend the University of Nevada, Reno.

Churchill County School District established a memorandum of understanding with UNR last year to pre-admit seniors to the university.

Since January 2022, CCHS attendance has increased by 213%. Of the students who attended Nevada Bound on March 12, 78% said UNR is their first-choice school.
