This past week, Veritas first-grade students enjoyed a "Teddy Bear Tea." Students brought "tea friends," whom they introduced to their classmates. They enjoyed snacks and drinks while celebrating together as a class.
Veritas students also participated in the annual Talent Show in preparation for the upcoming Night Under the Stars. Fourteen acts showcased their impressive musical, dramatic, and comedic talents to a crowd of parents and fellow students. Performances included instrumental and vocal pieces, ballet, a comedy sketch, and even a science demonstration on how to make a lava lamp!
The students will perform their acts again on Friday, March 7, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. during the Night Under the Stars event at Rafter 3C Arena. The community is invited to come and support these talented students. Tickets for the event are $10.00 and will be available at the door.
Open enrollment for Veritas begins Monday, March 3, at 8:00 a.m. For those interested in learning more about Classical Christian education at Veritas, please visit our website at www.veritasfallon.org.
