This past week, students and staff at Logos Christian Academy came together to celebrate Thanksgiving, school pride, and the joy of community in a spirit-filled week of activities.
Giving Thanks Through Hands-On Learning
In preparation for Thanksgiving, students participated in a unique culinary experience that tied history and gratitude together. Guided by staff and parent volunteers, they learned to make fry bread—a cherished Native American tradition—paired with volunteers dressed as Pilgrims. The activity highlighted the importance of gratitude, diversity, and togetherness.
As a spiritual cornerstone of the week, Logos reflected on 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18:
"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

School Spirit on Display
Spirit Day brought extra joy to the campus as students dressed in school colors. To further celebrate school pride, each student received a school spirit string bracelet as a token of unity and belonging. In Logos Christian Academy’s signature colors, these bracelets symbolized the bond of faith and fellowship shared within the school community.
Looking Ahead
As we continue the season of gratitude, we are reminded of how blessed we are to share these moments of fellowship and faith. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming Christmas activities, including our family advent night, Christmas caroling, and our annual angel breakfast.
Thank you to all the families who supported our events this week. Together, we continue to nurture hearts, minds, and spirits for Christ.
