TRACY WATER TREATMENT PLANT PRODUCED WELL DRINKING WATER/OR LOCAL TAP WATER FOR LOCAL TRACYITES AS WELL AS TRACY DEFENSE DEPOT.MAYBE LEARN HOW OR WHY ??GET FUNDING OR BUDGET TO BUILD FOR LOCAL NEVADAITES N MILITARY LIFERS...?
