The Village Nursery and Garden Center has kept three CCHS student interns busy this summer. “Every time I stopped by, they were watering, digging, or fixing something,” said CCHS School-to-Careers Program Director Dr. Sue Segura. Allie Fait is a junior and plans to graduate early and begin her college career, Garrett Hellton will be a sophomore, and Brody Pirkle will be a senior and plans to be a lineman. Following the example of Village owner Tammy Edgmon, these three interns have been impressively hard-working and focused. Great work, interns.
