Nevada Department of Agriculture Director J.J. Goicoechea spoke at the brand display dedication at the Rafter 3C in Fallon today. Director Goicoechea and his family represent the fourth and fifth generation of the 4 Square brand, originally registered by his great-grandfather, Pete Goicoechea, in 1936.
