Phone and reception duties
Billing account management and customer relations
Schedule review appointments
Maintain appointment calendars
Create, obtain, and manage marketing lists
Document all interaction with customers
Prepare appointment files
Other related office duties and tasks
Job Hours and Pay
Monday – Friday
40 Hours Per Week
9:00am – 5:00pm
$10 per hour starting
Room for quick growth with performance, licensing, etc.
Candidate Requirements
Upbeat, talkative, friendly, outgoing attitude
Good on the phone
Self sufficient
Motivated
Resourceful
Overall belief in the need for good insurance coverage
No prior insurance or financial industry knowledge required
