Obituary -- Josefina San Luis Manahan

Josefina San Luis Manahan, better known as “Ms. Pina,” was born May 4th, 1944, in the municipality of Tinambac, in the province of Camarines Sur, located in the Philippines. She married her beloved Gerald Manahan on August 12th, 1979.

Ms. Pina was a Navy wife and moved to Lemoore, CA in 1982, then to Fallon, NV in 1985, where she finished raising her family and lived for the next 37 years. Ms. Pina worked at the barracks on NAS Fallon, was active in her church, and was an avid supporter of the Fallon branch of the Filipino American Association. She was a dear mother, grandmother, and great grandmother always loving and supporting her family to the fullest.

Ms. Pena passed into the hands of her savior on Monday, March 7th, 2022, at 6:04 PM. She is proceeded by her husband of 37 years, Gerald Manahan. She is survived by her children: Mia & Dennis Miller, Roger & Stephania Terance. Four Grandchildren: Nate & Sarah Manning, Jeremiah Manning, Micah & Elena Manning, Makaela Terance, and three Great Grandchildren: Westyn Manning, Reese Manning, & great-grandson to be Hudson Manning.
