Last week, I gave you some entertainment ideas to ramp up your excitement for the holiday season before Christmas morning. While our paper graces your doors just in time for the big day, I figured it was the perfect time to recommend some things for the second-best day of the month – December 26th.While everyone is still in food comas and opening their new gadgets the day after Christmas, it might be difficult to find some-thing that the whole family can enjoy and hasn't already made its way across the small screen in your living room. So, why not make December 26th a little different? Or, as many Europeans like to call it, Boxing Day – which is the best day for fantasy movie marathons. Now, I do not want to create a family civil war, so I will not say one series is better than the other. Whether it is the Marvel Avengers collection, Lord of the Rings anthology, or the Harry Potter series, the day after Christmas is the perfect day to binge the entirety of your favorite fantastical universe.Families are home together, hopefully not at wit's end after straight 24 hours with relatives, and just may need to sit, relax, and fantasy binge – or take a catnap. So, enjoy a delicious leftover turkey, cranberry, and stuffing sandwich on the couch while watching actors wield swords, shields, or wands.
