Wesley Austin Lattin appeared in District Court yesterday before Judge Tom Stockard for sentencing on charges stemming from his original arrest in 2003. Lattin had entered a guilty plea in April on charges of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16 without substantial bodily harm.
