With films, festivals, and new seasons of television being postponed or cancelled entirely, it is hard to find anything that you can go back to and watch with fresh eyes. I have missed new episodes of reality television this week.
While I am not a usual proponent of trashy and overdramatic reality television, one series I cannot get away from, and with never-ending episodes, is Hoarders. With 121 episodes available on Netflix and Hulu, this show never seems to get repetitive. This show handles the dangers of hoarding as a mental illness with care and compassion. At the same time, similar to that of a car accident, I cannot seem to look away.
This show is great to watch endlessly, and although there are not new episodes coming out anytime soon, I can re-watch past stories of those who have recovered from their hoarding, while feeling good about how little clutter I have in my home too.
