Tammy Lynnette Reynolds, beloved mother, grandmother, and girlfriend, passed away on June 29, 2024, at the age of 54. She was born on January 29, 1970, in Oklahoma City, OK, and most recently resided in Fallon, NV.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Alan Heath, loving husband, Brett Reynolds, and precious granddaughter, Charlotte Delgado. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Heath; her long-term partner, Steve Larkey; her daughters, Daphne, Desiree, and Andrea; and multiple grandchildren, who will forever cherish her memory. Tammy was also a beloved mother-in-law to Michael, Alex, and Henry.

Tammy will be remembered for her remarkable qualities as a woman, mother, grandmother, and partner. She brought joy and love to the lives of those around her and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
