The Churchill County Democrats held their regular monthly meeting on May 11. They heard a report from the Sawyer-Bryan Dinner committee about the annual dinner, held on May 6 at the Fallon Convention Center. The dinner was very successful. Speakers included Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar, and a special guest was former Governor and Senator Richard Bryan. Summer activities are now being planned. The Democrats meet on the second Thursday of the month at 6 p.m., at the library annex.
