Kelly Nickell

Kelly Denise Nickell was born December 17, 1958 to Kent and Tonia Nickell in Long Beach, California. She lost her short battle with cancer on April 2, 2023 , at the age of 64 .

The family had moved from Long Beach to Independence, Ca, where Kelly attended school, graduating from the Owens Valley High School.

Kelly moved to Fallon in 2003. She was beloved as a manager of the Overland Hotel. Kelly had a big heart, she loved helping people, she was an amazing person.

She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her brother Mont Nickell.

A Celebration of her life will be held at the Overland on May 20, 2023, at 12 noon.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of The Gardens Funeral Home, 2949 Austin Highway, Fallon, Nv. 775 423-8928
