CCHS Students Inducted into Honor Society

CCHS Students Inducted into Honor Society
Staff report -- The Churchill County High School National Honor Society inducted new members for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 last week. Spanish Teacher Lance Lattin was asked to present the keynote address, and spoke about being your unique self. He told the story of his father, Rick Lattin, who is known for his blue, Lattin Farms shirt. Rick worked for the State of Nevada for over 30 years, and in the early days of his career would wear colorful converse sneakers with his suits. He went on to become one of the State’s leaders in the Vocational Rehabilitation division. CCHS Honor Society has 24 current members in addition to these newest members. Glen Perazzo has served as the advisor for the past 16 years. Monica Fairbanks is the co-advisor this year, and will take the reins as full advisor next year.   Never miss the local news -- read more on The Fallon Post home page.
