Middle School Spelling Champs

Churchill County Middle School recently named this year’s spelling bee champions. 

In the eighth grade, Mason Blakemore garnered first place. Noah Robinson and Erin Blake earned second and third place, respectively. 

Haley Flick won first place in the seventh grade with Marianna Miles and Emily Weed in second and third place, respectively. 

For the sixth grade, the spelling skills of Keily Ugalde, Zyler Crow and Randy Marion netted them first, second, and third places, respectively. 

All of the first place winners will be in Las Vegas to compete at Bishop Gorman High School on March 26.  

Congratulations to all of our spelling bee winners.
