New Year’s Eve at the Rafter 3C Event complex saw its fair share of excitement for a Sunday, during the 2nd Annual Hooey Top Gun Invitational Bull Riding. Jordan Spears of Redding, CA, and five-time NFR qualifier won the event, with local bull rider Levi Quillen tying for 2nd place. Billy Quillen, also a local bull rider, had the highest point ride in the second go.
